Once we understand what roles you wish to pursue, and what guidance you may need, we will start planning with you to find the right supporter. We won’t go to an agency, or try to ‘fill a shift’. We will advertise and network, and connect with real people who have the right:

From here, you’ll have a ‘meet and greet’ with the person to ensure you get along, and that they understand your vision. Careful planning of logistics will be done, and training/support so they understand their role including as a bridge connector between you and the community.
