We offer ongoing guidance and practical hands on assistance for people with disabilities and their support network to have active, meaningful and valued roles in welcoming communities.

Our primary focus is to work one person at a time, and help you to grow, connect and contribute.

We offer 1:1 mentoring and assistance with planning, facilitation, practical support, community connection and advocacy. Our approach is flexible, personalised and holistic.

We believe you have great potential to achieve and should feel genuine connections and a sense of belonging in the community.

Every Monday I have planning sessions with my mentor. I find these sessions really fun because we get to talk about important things and plan my days. I feel like I have control over my plans and the people I spend time with, which is great. The girls at LMC also help me find housemates to live with, which is fantastic and awesome.
